*Conference fees include: Admittance to the conference, conference proceedings (book of abstracts and memory stick with manuscripts), coffee breaks, the reception cocktail, three lavish luncheons and the gala dinner with traditional Cretan dishes. In addition, the cost of the post Conference excursion on July 3, 2015 is included in the fees.
**Student status verification is required.
***Company booths are next to the posters area & fees include the attendance of one person to the conference. Additional personnel staying at the booth are not charged extra.

Cancelation Policy
Participants are allowed to cancel their registration. Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the EBC-VI Secretariat by e-mail at secretariat<at>ebc-vi.tuc.gr. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Until May 1, 2015: Refund of registration fee minus bank charges and a 50 Euro administrative charge.
May 2 to 31, 2015: Refund of 50% of registration fee.
From June 1, 2015: No reimbursement will be made.
Name Change - Substitution
A registered participant unable to attend the symposium may nominate a substitute participant by notifying in writing (by email) the EBC-VI Secretariat, before June 10, 2015.
